HOW DO I GET TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased online or on the door. (This does not include wheelchairs spaces, as these need to be pre-booked due to very limited space.)

RED, SILVER & GOLD individual & FAMILY tickets available on the day at the ticket office , including Fast Track passes.
​
If purchasing on the day - Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the show you wish to attend to secure your tickets before entry.
​
Please note online offers are only available online and if you wish to purchase these at our ticket office you will still be charged the booking fee.
WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
General Ticket Holders: The doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. We advice you to arrive on time. Any late arrivals may be asked to be admitted at a suitable time of the performance.
Fast Track : Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the performance and holders of Fast Track passes must arrive within 15 minutes of this due to general ticket holders being admitted as above.
WHAT ARE
FAST TRACK TICKETS?
Fast Track early entrance pass allow you to enter the Big Top before everybody else and choose the best seats in your tickets section. They cost £3.50 extra and 1 per person is required. Fast Track pass holders must arrive 45 minutes before the shows start time.
PLEASE NOTE** If you do not arrive within the 15 minutes allocated time frame given for fast track ticket holders to enter, you will lose your fast track option without refund and you will be allocated seating on what is available at your time of arrival.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY BUSINESS INVITES?
Winter Masquerade shows - Dec 19th to Jan 5th.

Valid Weekdays only not valid Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Arrive 45 minutes prior to the show of your choice and pay £5 per person, you will be admitted to our Grandstand Silver seating, saving you £17 per person.

For our March to October tour - Valid Weekdays only not valid Weekends & Bank Holidays.
Just arrive 45 minutes prior to the show of your choosing and purchase a brochure per person (£4 each)
You have the option of swapping the brochure option for Fast Track, again this will still cost you the price of the original offer - £4, but this will allow you to enter the show early and choose better seats. If additional tickets are required for family and friends, these can be purchased on the day also. The standard entry for Business Invites is RED seating. You have the option to upgrade this to Silver for £6 & Gold for £8

WHAT AGE IS THE SHOW SUITABLE FOR?
The show is suitable for all ages - young & those young at heart.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
*​Everybody aged two and above requires a ticket to see the show, children under 2 are admitted free but must be sat on an adults knee.
​
Child price is 2 to 13.
​
Adult price is 14 to 64.
​
OAP price is for 65 and over.
​
Concessions are for : Children, OAP's, Careers, Registered disabled, SEN & Students. Proof of concession is required.
IS THERE DISABLED & WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
We have a separate ground level entrance for wheelchairs.
We want everyone to come and enjoy our show. If you need assistance then we are here to help, Please ring the Box Office if you need help on the day, this way we can make sure that there is someone on hand to assist you.
Wheelchair spaces are limited and need to be booked via the Box Office.
All wheelchair users must book prior to attending and must arrive 30 minutes before the show.
DO CARERS GET IN FOR FREE?
Unfortunately, we are not currently in a position to be able to provide free tickets for carers. We do however offer a concession ticket, which allows OAP's of 65 and over, registered disabled, SEN, Carers & students to book tickets at the concession price. Please bring proof of entitlement with you when you visit.
HOW LONG IS THE PERFORMANCE?
This years performance lasts around 1:50 hours , there is a 20 minute intermission half way through.
I BOOKED THE WRONG DAY/TIME CAN I CHANGE IT?
YES. We understand mistakes and life change from day to day, you can change your ticket to another date and time, phone the Box Office or email info@circuscortex.com
WHAT ARE BEST SEATS ON THE DAY?
These are made up of an allocation of all unsold tickets. This includes Gold, Silver & Red tickets. You will be seated in the best available when you arrive.
Please Note: you will NOT be seated on the front rows of Gold or Silver. These are only for people purchasing full price Gold or Silver tickets.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
Tickets are instantly emailed to you, they come as a QR code which you just show on your phone or you can print them off and bring along on the day.
I CAN NO LONGER MAKE THE PERFORMANCE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
We are very sorry but all sales are final. however, we will happily exchange your ticket to another day and time / of the same value and subject to availability. Please ring the Box Office

CAN I PRE BOOK MY SEATS?
Seating within sections are not numbered or individually allocated.

If you arrive together, you will all be seated together within your tickets section.

Our seats are staggered so you are guaranteed to have a fantastic view wherever you sit.
IS SEATING NUMBERED AND ALLOCATED?
There are 3 main types of seating, VIP, Grandstand & Special Offer. You can sit anywhere in your tickets sections. Seating is on a first come basis within these sections.

Arrive early or purchase Fast Track tickets to get the very best seats.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE / MY DISCOUNT CODE DID NOT WORK?
Discount codes are only valid on full price VIP & Grandstand individual tickets and can also be used to take money off family tickets.

They can not be used on special offer seating or any reduced seating or with any other offer.

Parking alters from location to location, At some locations we are able to offer parking directly next to Our Big Top, If this is the case we will add this information to our locations ticket page.

We have toilets and disabled toilet facilities which are cleaned before and after every show.

DOES CIRCUS CORTEX USE ANIMALS IN THEIR ACTS?
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
DOES THE SHOW CONTAIN
FLASHING LIGHTS & LOUD NOISES?
YES, Our show contains Flashing Lights, Smoke Effects, Lasers and a possibility of getting splashed with water.
All our acts are set to very upbeat music, which in most cases would be classed as loud.
